A calendar the whole tribe shares
Day, week, month and a term view. Colour categories you choose, weather and UV for the day, and bank holidays added for you.
For busy families with school-age children
TribePlan reads the letters, emails and messages from school, suggests the dates, to-dos and details worth keeping, and shares them with everyone in your tribe. Privately.
You check each one before anything is added.
Photograph a letter, choose a PDF, screenshot an email or paste a WhatsApp message. TribePlan does the reading; you stay in charge of what goes on the calendar.
Day, week, month and a term view. Colour categories you choose, weather and UV for the day, and bank holidays added for you.
Reply slips, payments and things to bring become to-dos with a due date and a person, so nobody wonders who was meant to do it.
Add the half-terms and holidays once. TribePlan works out the terms and shows how long is left.
Autumn 2 · week 3 of 7 · 18 school days until Christmas
Chat with an assistant that knows your calendar, your to-dos and what the letters said, and tells you where an answer came from.
“What does she need for PE this week?”
Family life is personal. TribePlan is built so that we can’t read it, even if we wanted to.
Your calendar, to-dos and notes are encrypted before they leave your phone. The sync server only ever holds data it can’t read.
Letters go from your phone straight to Anthropic, using your own key, only when you ask TribePlan to read one.
No advertising, no analytics and nothing sold. The app doesn’t collect anything it doesn’t need to work.
Turn on Face ID or a PIN for the app, and its contents are hidden in the app switcher.
Add a partner, a grandparent or the nanny. Each phone gets a role, and the server enforces it.
Invites and removes phones, sets roles and keeps the recovery code.
Sees and changes everything: calendar, to-dos, letters and chat.
Sees the calendar and the to-dos assigned to them. Can’t change anything.
TribePlan is in a small private beta on iPhone. If you’d like to try it with your family, email us and we’ll send a TestFlight invitation.
