Terms of use

Last updated 13 October 2026

In short: TribePlan is a free family organiser, currently in a private beta. Use it for your own family, check what the AI suggests before you rely on it, and please don’t copy the app. Your rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected.

Who we are

TribePlan is provided by Silvano Cacchione, trading as TribePlan, an individual based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

The service

TribePlan helps families keep a shared calendar, to-do list and notes, and can read school letters, emails and messages to suggest dates, to-dos and details. It is currently a beta: it is still being developed, features may change or be removed, and it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. It is provided free of charge.

Checking suggestions

Reading letters and answering questions is done by an AI model, which can misread a date, miss something or get a detail wrong. TribePlan always shows you what it found before anything is added, but please check important information, such as deadlines, payments and closures, against the original. You remain responsible for your family’s plans.

Your Anthropic key

The AI features use your own Anthropic account and API key. Your use of them is also covered by Anthropic’s terms, and any charges are between you and Anthropic. If you share your key with your tribe, you’re responsible for that usage. You can stop sharing or remove the key at any time.

Your tribe and your data

Acceptable use

Please use TribePlan for organising your own family or household. Don’t use it to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to harm or harass others, or to interfere with the service, for example by overloading the sync server or trying to get into other people’s tribes.

Our rights in the app

The TribePlan app, its design, text, graphics and the TribePlan name and logo belong to us. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell or redistribute the app or any part of it, build a product that copies it, or reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law allows this and the right can’t be excluded.

Ending your use

You can stop using TribePlan at any time: leave or delete your tribe in the app (Settings → Tribe → Leave or delete) and delete the app. We may suspend or close access to the service for anyone who seriously breaches these terms, or stop the service altogether with reasonable notice where we can.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to build TribePlan well, but as a free beta it is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information in the app without checking it, by the service being unavailable, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as TribePlan develops. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using TribePlan after a change, the new terms apply.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
